Our main function room can sit up to 150 guests.

Do you have a back up option for the ceremony if its raining?

Absolutely! The Terrace Undercover is a perfect back-up option for your ceremony, it provides you with an outdoor feel with our estate gardens as your backdrop, while also keeping you & your guests sheltered from the rain!

Do you cater for all dietary requirements?

Yes of course! Our food is very important to us. Being influenced by our European background of Italian and Austrian cuisine, we strive to ensure all your guests enjoy their meals.

Are there any onsite ceremony fees?

No, we don’t charge to have your ceremony on site, which makes it super convenient to have your venues at Yarra Ranges Estate and there are plenty of gorgeous locations for your photos.

What time are weddings concluded by?

Weddings are concluded by 11 pm, which give you ample time to enjoy the festivities.

Thank you so much to the team at YRE! Anna and Catherine took great care to make our wedding absolutely so special. They missed no detail, and were so easy to communicate and plan with. As the bride, I felt extremely taken care of at every point of the night. We requested a customised menu to share our love of Italian food with our guests, and James in the kitchen went above and beyond to create the most delicious feast - I think it was the most talked about part of the evening from our guests, everyone was blown away by how good the food was. And don't forget their dessert bar - just insanely good! The location itself is breathtaking, we were very lucky with the weather and had our ceremony outdoors looking over the beautiful vineyards. We didn't even have to have a large floral budget because the location is so beautiful on its own with minimal decorations. Thanks again, it was honestly the BEST day.

Yarra Ranges Estate went absolutely above and beyond for us. It honestly felt like we had body guards who were making sure we were well fed, hydrated and to ensure our day was going exactly how it planned it to! The food, venue, staff were absolutely phenomenal. We are still getting phone calls today about how beautiful our wedding was because of these factors! Not to mention the breathtaking views of the vineyards and the incredible indoor area for our reception. We’re so happy we chose Yarra Ranges Estate as our venue which have created memories that will last a lifetime. The support and guidance in the lead up and on the day is unmatched. Even the little things like making sure we had dessert at the end of the night! We got back to our air bnb and ate dessert, shared a baileys and re-read our vows! The perfect end to a perfect day.

A stunning family run wedding venue where you felt known, heard, respected and cared for. It was their mission to make it as special as possible. It is not a venue that holds lunch services to public during the days that restrict you to timings which was a huge tick! They were well priced for what they provided when you compare to other venues. There was plenty of food which was TO DIE FOR. Our guests continue to tell us how amazing it was and how much food there was, as they have never had that experience before at a wedding. Staff were wonderfully attentive, socials are on point, and offer many different options to make your day yours. Our first wedding venue we visited, and nothing else could compare!

Lovely to hear you are looking at weddings venues for 2026/2027, we do have all inclusive packages starting from a 4-course menu & 4.5 hour beverage package!

We do hold up to 150 guests at our venue, have a spacious dancefloor & we do offer long tables & happy to explore table arrangements with you when you come in for a venue tour.
