We have family coming from overseas (France, UK) and it's unheard of to turn the lights on and the music off at midnight and kick everyone out when the party is just getting started. We are looking for a venue who will accommodate us until at least 2AM, if not all night. We are happy to DIY everything.

Do most venues provide this or do I need to look around? I don't know if I need it, but we have a large group (210) so I wanted to know if that means I need it? Also what is the ratio of security to guests?

If you are using our out door venue then consideration needs to be give to the time of year you are planning your wedding. We suggest outdoor weddings are held from October to the end of April.
The number of guests attending should also be considered in line with the venue capacity.
Decorations and theming are also important
