Executive Chef Marc Serafino began his career at the iconic Cicciolina, St Kilda and continued to bring innovative foods to Melbourne restaurants and pubs. His intricate perception of flavours led to his distinct style. Marc is also the owner and Cider Maker of DV cider. Events Coordinator Jenny Abalos ensures DV Hospitality is echoed throughout every event. Jenny works extensively with each client to ensure we understand exactly what it is which will make each event personalised and POP!
