We would be delighted to have you visit the venue at a time that is convenient for you. We feel it is important to view the space where you are going to celebrate this momentous occasion. It also really helps you to visualise your wedding, and how you are going to style it.
Absolutely. We can provide a dedicated room for you and your bridal party. We can also provide options for some pre-wedding food and drinks because we know you will be hungry after all the photos and before the reception.
One of the great things about holding your wedding ceremony and/or reception with us at Pavilion on Northbourne, is that we are a hotel and can not only accommodate your wedding guests, but can accommodate you on your wedding night. We would be delighted to provide you with a special discount for you, your family and friends.
Pavilion on Northbourne provides free, secure onsite parking for all your guests!
We can cater for up to 250 for a cocktail function and 190 banquet style. These numbers may vary depending on additional requirements such as dancefloor, DJ etc. We would be delighted to discuss your requirements and tailor a quote to suit you.
Most of our wedding packages include a wedding tasting for two.
We can cater for all dietary requirements. We do ask that we are provided with these in advance.

Hi there!
Congratulations on your engagement! The first things to look for in a wedding venue would be whether they can accommodate a) your preferred date and b) your expected numbers.
A great venue will offer to assist with all aspects of your wedding, and have services in place for all of your unique needs, while still having flexibility to allow you to do certain things yourself if that is your preference.
You should ensure your chosen venue is transparent about what they can and can't provide, and the costs involved.
Last but not least, nothing beats an amazing, attentive, reliable event coordinator. When you submit inquiries to different venues, I recommend keeping an eye on the event coordinator's response time. When your wedding date is close, and you're feeling anxious, you want to know your venue contact will respond to you within 24 hours and not leave you hanging!
It's also useful to find a venue that has accommodation onsite (i.e. a hotel or resort), or has a few accommodation options nearby.

Good morning, and congratulations on the upcoming wedding!
At most Hotel venues, the pricing will include tables and chairs, linen and tableware. This will generally be the standard Hotel function furniture, though many packages will include chair covers with sashes too.
If you want particular chairs or other furniture, you *may* have to pay to hire it separately. Some venues will have a decorating budget or credit in their packages which you could use for this, so keep an eye out for that in the packages you're looking at, and keep it on your list of questions to ask venues.
