If it's something casual how about a quiet corner of Forest Garden? Then guests can sip cool cocktails while you do photos between the flowers. If you fancy something with a quintessentially-Cairns view the Trinity Room's balcony sits above the Esplanade's green and the Trinity Bay blue. And if intimate is the intention the Royal Suite is perched high in the hotel's South Tower with balconies the frame the view across Marlin Marina to the peaks on the far side of Trinity Inlet. After the ceremony your nearest and dearest can sit down for a fancy feast in a space you have all to yourself.

First up settle on the location of your ceremony and reception - we have 17 venues, so there are lots of spaces to select from - then decide on your catering which might be a cocktail party, food bars, share tables served by our staff, a barbecue in The Backyard, or formal sit-down dinner. Then decide on drinks, with options to suit every budget, and tell us what you see when it comes to styling. Easy!
We love it when the happy couple and their favourite people stay with us as it means they need not leave the building between rehearsal dinner and morning-after breakfast so we can look after their every need.
