We had our wedding reception at Harrisons in April and we cannot praise this venue enough. Being from out of town we had never actually eaten at the restaurant or seen the venue inside until 2 days before the wedding. Whenever we told people where our reception was we always received glowing recommendations and we were not disappointed in any way when we finally did sample their food and see the gorgeous interior. The events manager Sharon and the owner Reina displayed amazing attention to detail in the wedding preparations and it was obvious they 'knew what they were doing' when it came to great food, professional service and event management. Their ability to communicate and work directly with our florist and wedding cake maker meant that this was one less thing I needed to arrange (always great for a bride-to-be). On the night I didn't have to give a second thought to the logistics of the evening, they communicated with our MC and DJ continuously and it meant that we could just enjoy our special day. Our guests were raving about the food before the night was even over (the Crispy Pigs Ears were the biggest hit!) and no one was left waiting when it came to needing a drink. The ability also to pick up our decorations, and anything else left, over the following day meant we didn't have to assign this task to a guest, meaning everyone could just enjoy themselves right to the end. We were so unbelievably happy with our wedding reception and it is all due to the staff at Harrisons. We cannot wait to return for our first wedding anniversary.
