Fondata 1872

We had our wedding recently in October and I highly recommend Fondata 1872! The venue has an intimate, warm, cosy and elegant vibe. Since it's a restaurant you're able to see it in person and order dishes to try beforehand. The food was amazing and every diet was catered for. The outdoor area was stunning for the ceremony. Rebecca was our coordinator and she was seriously the best! We felt confident in her ability to make our day special as she knew exactly what to do and organised and spoke to a lot of our vendors to ensure it was smooth sailing. She always answered any questions we had. The price is amazing for what is included, definitely download a brochure from their website. What sold us was the spirits which were included in the package. Highly highly recommend!!!

We cannot recommend Fondata enough if you are planning a wedding or special event. We had our wedding here recently and the event manager Rebecca was amazing! She made sure everything ran smoothly and was accommodating to all our requests, she responded to all our silly questions and the day turned out amazing! We unfortunately had to use our wet weather back up and the staff made it seamless and the day turned out perfect. All of our guests couldn’t stop talking about how amazing the food was and just how much there was and to top it off the service was incredible even with a full restaurant. Thank you Rebecca and the staff at Fondata for a truly memorable day and we can’t wait to have more of our family functions here.

Great communication, great food, GREAT SERVICE. The scenery was BEAUTIFUL and the cost was just right for our tight budget. I would choose Fondata over and over again to celebrate our marriage ❤️

Our wedding was absolutely stunning and we wouldn't have changed anything at all. We had the ceremony on the lawn with native flowers, beautiful panoramic views of rolling hills and even curious Kangaroos in the background. The reception then easily moved into the restaurant and bar area which has warm, rustic but also elegant vibes. All our guests commented on how fantastic the food was (which catered for all dietary requirements) and the friendly staff. In the lead up to the wedding, the events manager Rebecca was easy to communicate with and everything was relaxed and went very smoothly. There were lots of easily accessible beautiful photo opportunities around the grounds and the venue is not too far from the cbd so easy for guests to get to. Overall, Fondata was a perfect venue for us and made our special day so magical. Highly recommend!!!

We recently had our wedding at Fondata 1872. Leading up to the wedding, Rebecca (the events manager) was fantastic. She was so flexible and made everything so easy for us. It was definitely stress -free and she was a pleasure to deal with. The venue itself is amazing. With scenic views, even a rainbow 🌈 for during our photos, the food was plentiful and delicious. An extensive wine list to choose from of good quality wines. We had our ceremony in the bar room and the reception in the Weller's Room. It was cosy and seated 30 of us just perfectly with a dance floor as well. We highly recommend Fondata 1872, it's fantastic value for money with wonderful service and delicious food.
