Founder, Christine Ligthart is an experienced wedding & event professional. she has helped some of Australia’s most successful Wedding & Event Planners, Stylists and Designers, launch their careers in the industry (via her role with global education network, the Academy of Wedding & Event Planning). Her contacts within the industry are extensive and her team of Planners highly professional; which means that the I Do Crew can deliver an exceptional On-the-Day Coordination experience.

I cannot speak highly enough of Christine and the team at I Do Crew! Firstly, my wedding was postponed twice and they were so patient and flexible each time. Then leading up to the wedding Christine went above and beyond checking in on my wedding planning and finding solutions to problems that arose. I had a very clear vision of my wedding day aesthetic and I had so many decorations and instructions for them, and they delivered well beyond my expectations! All the guests commented how amazing everything looked and I was absolutely thrilled with how everything came together. Christine liaised with my venue and a hire company to make things easier for me and it was an absolute pleasure working with this team, I would recommend them again and again, it was worth every dollar to have one less thing to worry about!

Choosing to have a day of coordinator was one of the best decisions I made. I did end up relaxed with no stress on the day. We had Terrisa who was a delight. She was in contact before the day, organising the day with vendors beforehand to ensure a smooth day ahead. Terrisa & her helpers did the chair moves from the ceremony to reception & the last minute detail set up on the day. Thanks for ensuring the day was as wonderful as I had imagined.

We hired Christine just for the lead up & day-of coordination of our wedding. For the lead up, it was so helpful to know someone was taking care of things as the stress started to ramp up! She pulled all our vendors in line, created our timeline & made sure everyone knew it. Would recommend, especially if you can have Christine attend for the day-of coordination herself.

Im so happy we decided to have a day of coordinator! I was happy to plan on my own but with things that had to happen on the day (such as coordinating the petal canons, ensuring everything is running smoothly) I wanted to have someone to help. Christine gave me such piece of mind from my first phone call and helped so much. She was in contact with my MOH during the morning so I was able to be relaxed and enjoy my day.
