As your wedding planner, we don’t choose your venue for you. After all, it is one of the biggest decisions you will make and it sets the tone for your entire wedding. But we are right there beside you, offering expert guidance every step of the way ??

From our initial consultation, we start by getting to know the vision you have for your big day. We will chat about:

• The region you are considering (Hunter Valley, Sydney, or beyond)
• Your overall wedding budget
• The guest list and size of your celebration
• Whether you are after an all inclusive venue (ceremony and reception, catering, and beverages all in one) or something more flexible and DIY
• The style and feel you are dreaming of, such as coastal and bright, dark and romantic, or classic and timeless

With all of this in mind, we will present you with tailored venue options that align with your wedding requirements and needs. Once you shortlist your favourites, your wedding planner will accompany you on site visits, walking through each venue with you so you feel confident, informed, and excited to make your final decision.

We begin with a discovery session. This is where we can connect over the phone or a video call and explore your dreams and vision in depth. Together we will uncover your dream style as well as the emotions you wish to evoke.

With your vision firmly in mind, we hand pick a selection of venues based on several criteria including price, service offerings, availability and location.

After this we reconnect and share with you a curated portfolio of venue options and spend time guiding you through the options, weighing elements like setting, service scope and guest experience. We offer intuitive guidance and support you completely as we journey toward a final decision.

When you "meet the one" (venue) our team handles the rest. We liaise directly with the venue on contract negotiations, inclusions, deposit schedules and the rest. Of course, all of this is done in consultation with you to ensure you are comfortable with and confident in the decisions being made.
