What happens if too many people RSVP to your wedding?

The first thing with planning is to budget for the amount of people you have invited and then if guests decline your invitation this will allow extra budget for other needs that you would like on the day of your wedding.

Hi Anastasia, it is best to budget for 100% of people you have invited as per the response below. If your concern is money then you may be able to negotiate other areas to reduce cost such as centrepieces, accessories, etc. Otherwise if there are other issues, myself (Daniella) and my colleague Claudia would be more than happy to help you ease your concerns.

Hi Anastasia, When we work with our brides we would always budget for 100% of the guests attending the event. That way if they don't all attend, there is extra money in the budget to put towards a few extra little surprises on the day. We would be more than happy to work with you and your budget to suggest ways you can reduce your spend to allow enough money to still have an amazing day for those attending AND most importantly for you and your groom.
