We may be able to help you out, depending on the area you are looking at.  We work primarily on the Mornington Peninsula, and Melbourne CBD.  We do mainly outdoor weddings and have many options for garden weddings, even on private properties with outdoor garden chapels. 

What I would urge you to consider with this option is having a realistic budget in having an offsite wedding.
