Hi there, as you are thinking about it already I would suggest you start looking. Dates, location and popularity of venue will all play a part in whether or not the venue is actually available and whether or not they book that far ahead. Asking wont hurt and if you get in early good luck to you!

Hi there,
I would recommend researching the venue you would be looking at now and contacting them to see whether they are taking bookings earlier. Generally a majority open up their bookings 12 - 18 months in advance. By booking a wedding venue earlier it is also beneficial because you can look at making more frequent payments. Happy to help out with venue research.

I would recommend booking the venue if you have a particular date that is important to you. From there, making enquiries and researching your other vendors is handy to do, as it makes it far easier for you when it comes to booking everything. I already have weddings booked in for 2020, but some people only take on weddings up to 18 months away. It is always good to touch base with people and see what their policy is. Many of my brides that book in early, prefer it as they can spread their payments with most suppliers over a longer time. If you are able to do that, making a monthly payment towards the wedding makes it far more manageable and less stressful.
Please let me know if I can help further.
Kind regards,

I don't think there is anything wrong with looking, researching, shortlisting and reaching out. If you are 100% sure on the venue and its in very high demand, book it, but I wouldn't worry too much about locking in vendors. Plus most vendors wont open their books until a year or so before. Good luck!!
Hi there,
Lots of suppliers only open their bookings up 12-18 months in advance. Best to touch base with anyone you are interested in and see when they start taking bookings for 2020 :)

Hi Bride
I would recommend to do some research and book at least 18-24 months out from the date.
Hope this helps
