Hi Bride

Depending on your location will depend on the financial part of the ceremony. Most public places you will contact your local council and they will be able to tell you what needs to be done to hold your ceremony in the public place and the timeframe.

Dear Bride

Most councils require you to apply for a permit to hold your ceremony in public places.  The cost varies from council to council, but essentially it ensures that council can monitor service of alcohol, numbers of people gathered etc.  It also provides you with the assurance that your space on the beach, in the park or wherever, is reserved for you!

Happy planning and feel free to contact us for any further advice.

  1. Some parks and beaches do require a permit which can be obtained through the local council. Always best to check or seek help through the professionals. Intimate Weddings & Events can assist with an all inclusive ceremony package.
