Should I let a couple come if they didn't rsvp and said they were too busy before?

I asked them two weeks before the cutoff date and they said they were too busy to rsvp and so I asked them to just let us know asap. Now over two weeks later they have decided they want to come? I have already submitted final numbers to all of my suppliers

How can I differentiate MOH duties & Wedding Planner/Stylist role, I have been asked to do both?

I am an event planner and stylist by trade, one of my close friends asked me to help her and her partner plan and style the wedding, organize florists, etc with compensation, I also assisted with their engagement. Since asking me to assist in the planning and styling, she has asked me to be her MOH, which is so exciting! However my dilemma is that it is to my understanding that a number of MOH duties also fall under the event styling/planner area, particularly the “act as the wedding planner, give out your phone number to all of the key vendors and family members in advance so you can help field any questions for the bride" I’m not sure what to do now or where to draw the line for each role. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

My family keeps asking if they can help my planning, what tasks can I give them?

Everyone wants to help and it's more stressful to have them asking all the time than to actually plan the wedding, haha. I am a very chilled bride but this is the one part that I find stressful. Are there any small tasks I could have them do to keep them busy?
