After nearly a decade working with children, youth, and families, I brought my love of relationships, diligence, and detail into Weddings of the Whitsundays. I help couples plan destination weddings, elopements, and proposals that genuinely reflect who they are - handling every detail so they don't have to. I offer both, so whether you want full support from day one or just need someone to take over in the final weeks, there's a package to suit you.
Absolutely, most of my couples are planning from elsewhere in Australia or overseas. I provide clear communication, local knowledge, and full coordination on your behalf so you never need to stress about logistics from afar. A planning consultation is a great first step if you're not sure where to begin.
As early as possible to secure your preferred date and vendors. During peak season (March-October) I recommend booking 9-12+ months in advance. For elopements and proposals, a shorter lead time is often possible, get in touch and we will let you know what is available.
Yes. Many couples bring 2-8 loved ones for an intimate celebration. The Intimate Elopement is designed for the two of you or a small group, while the Iconic Elopement at Whitehaven Beach accommodates up to 8 people. If you are envisioning something larger, get in touch and we can explore options.
My packages are designed to keep planning straightforward, with everything you need already included. Each can be personalised with optional upgrades where logistics allow. If you have a completely different vision in mind, I am happy to explore a custom experience, just get in touch and we will work out what is possible.
Yes. I connect every couple with an experienced, trusted celebrant who will guide you through all legal paperwork and requirements. Two witnesses are required for a legal marriage in Australia, and if you are eloping with just the two of you, your planner and photographer can act as witnesses.
The Whitsundays is generally beautiful, but like anywhere, weather can be unpredictable. We always have a contingency plan in place and will communicate clearly with you and your vendors if conditions require any adjustments. For Whitehaven Beach elopements, helicopter and charter operators have their own weather protocols which I work closely with.
