Wedding Consultations Package
If you’re keen to tackle the challenge of planning your wedding, this package is for you. Beatrice will sit down with you for a two-hour consultation and will help you develop a schedule, prepare an initial budget, and share a list of her favourite vendors and suppliers who have an excellent reputation in the industry.

I don't know how long everything is going to take so how do I know how to plan out my day? I'm having a winter wedding so I want to do most of the photos before the ceremony. I want to get married during the "golden light" hours so at about 5PM so the reception can follow immediately after.

Hi there. We were wondering if it's worth getting a wedding planner just to help us just on our wedding day, kind of take care of the small details and keep stress levels down. Is that what an on-the-day coordinator does? Thanks.

An on-the-day wedding coordinator assists the bride and groom with insuring that their day is run smoothly. They assist with organising vendors and all of the behind the scenes work on your special day. This is a perfect option for couples who are organising their own wedding, because it allows the couple to enjoy their special day. As a bride, you do not want to be constantly looking over your shoulder or worrying about whether or not things will be done according to your preferences. Generally it does help if the couple and coordinator have been in contact throughout the process, in order for coordinator to understand the couple and their needs.

The first question is, do you want them to attend the ceremony?
If you care about them and definitly want them to attend; you should definitly invite them.
Theres no harm in having them attend, unless there isn't any space left.
Theres also the option to stream your wedding for them if it makes anything better.

The best way to plan your day is to map out exactly what you need to do and schedule each item in your preferred order. If you find it difficult to do so, I suggest that you hire a professional to assist you, in order to avoid any errors. This will remove all of the stress off your shoulders and allow you to focus on creating memories rather than worrying about what's happening behind the scene.
