Sarah and Holly! As a natural stress head, I knew it was in my best interest to get a Wedding Planner to help ease the day and boy was I right! I knew my wedding was in the right hands all day/night and I honestly wouldn’t even know if there was anything going wrong or not going the right way as I knew the girls were on to it! All our guest has not stop saying what a great wedding it was and I 100% have to give all the credit to Confetti & Co. We really can’t thank them enough for everything they have done for us with having to move the wedding due to Covid and dropping our guest numbers in half and helping us through all of it. I could not recommend Confetti and Co more! Our wedding was absolute perfection and it was all because of Sarah and Holly. They brought to life exactly what we had envisioned. They have great ideas, use excellent suppliers and are able to bring together a beautiful setting created form your own ideas. Everyone commented on how amazing both the ceremony and the reception was, and most of the comments related to the decor and styling. They are absolute professionals who ensure every moment of your day is perfect. If I could do it all again, I would not hesitate to re-book Confetti and Co.

We had such an amazing experience having Holly and Sarah plan our wedding. They were a pleasure to work with and made sure we had plenty of input but also plenty of advice throughout the entire process. We could not have had such a successful day without their guidance and support. In addition to this, Holly and Sarah are both genuinely kind and caring people who always made us feel as though they were invested in us having an amazing day. We loved all of our meetings and will miss our monthly catch ups now that our wedding is over. We could not recommend Confetti & Co more highly to any couple looking for an excellent wedding planning service.

Our experience with Confetti & Co’s wedding day coordination was deeply disappointing and fell far below what was promised. We provided an extremely detailed binder with diagrams, timelines, and instructions, yet many key elements were missed or incorrectly executed. On the day, there were numerous issues, including incorrect ceremony seating, a last-minute layout change minutes before walking down the aisle, my veil not being adjusted, the aisle runner missing, fan/tissue arrangements not being set up as instructed, and the coordination team failing to reference the binder at all. Several vendors were confused due to incorrect information, leftover cake was handled improperly and became unsafe, and parts of the reception seating were set incorrectly despite clear plans. Most concerningly, one coordinator appeared disengaged, took personal calls, and left hours earlier than the time she was booked and paid for. The early-morning period also lacked initiative, with tasks being delayed until it was too late to correct them. When we raised these issues afterward, the written response was polite but largely shifted responsibility onto other vendors or “miscommunications” rather than acknowledging the level of service failure that occurred. While a refund was eventually offered, it was paired with a request to consider not posting a review. Couples invest their trust—and some of the most important moments of their lives—into their wedding vendors. I truly hope Confetti & Co take these concerns seriously and implement the improvements they mentioned, so no future couple has to feel this way.

Engaging Confetti & Co was the best thing we could have done for our wedding. If you are considering hiring a wedding planner, we cannot recommend Confetti & Co enough. Despite being an “organiser” I am so glad we engaged Holly and Sarah – their expertise is second to none and it made everything to do with the planning seamless and easy. We didn’t have a huge budget for this service, but we knew we’d need help with both of us working full time and having a toddler on our hands, and Holly and Sarah made it work for us; It was worth every penny. In the lead up to the wedding, everyone constantly asked me if I was nervous or stressed about the planning and I can honestly say – no. The team at C&C had everything in hand, and working with Mikyla so closely right up to the wedding was a dream. When Mik took us for a “first-look” of our venue, I was absolutely gobsmacked, it was better than I had envisioned and it was everything I had dreamed of. Mik was there at the rehearsal, came to see me while I was getting ready (when Mik and Indira walked in, a wave of calmness washed over me, I swear) and oversaw the reception – with Mik even staying past when she had planned to leave! I could go on forever about their warm nature, kind hearts, attention to detail, confidence, and calmness. Holly, Sarah, Mikyla and Indira, thank you so much for making our day everything we had ever hoped for. You are simply the best.
