FULL EVENT PLANNING STYLING

We’ll take the lot! For clients who would like us to be fully engaged in all aspects of the design, styling
and event coordination process, this one’s for you.

PARTIAL EVENT PLANNING STYLING

For clients who have made progress on their own, but now need some help with either styling or planning to pull it all together.

DAY-OF SERVICES

For clients who need event day assistance so they can sit back and relax on their special day.

HOURLY STYLING CONSULTING

For clients who have it all planned out in their heads but need artistic direction, advice and access to resources.

NEON LIGHT HIRE

Our Neon Light Up Lights are definitely a must have for any event. They have the ‘WOW-factor’ that lifts events to a seriously awe-inspiring level. We have just received our first drop—one that reads ‘Love is all you need’. It’s a whopping 1.5 x 1.5 meters! It is fun, yet elegant and it will definitely impress your guests. Our lights are available for hire individually or are inclusive in some of our packages.

If you’re wondering if having a wedding planner is worth it, let me tell you YES it is. Nadia listened to what we wanted and met our all of our needs, and this included keeping within our budget and taking care of all the logistics for the day. She was able to research, provide options and then negotiate availability and cost with our preferred service providers and then passed the savings onto us. On the day of our wedding all of the service providers from my make-up artist, DJ, Chapel, Celebrate, reception etc. commented how pleasant it was to deal with Nadia. Nadia was flexible and worked around our busy lives and was involved with as little or as much as we wanted and needed; and was always on top of everything. When we needed advice she was there to provide us with tasteful suggestions. On the day of our wedding I did not have to stress about anything, I only had to hold myself together. Everything else was working like clockwork and I’m please to say that our wedding was the best and most memorable day of my life.

A wedding styler and planner is an absolute must! Nadia's services and talent was a God send. From the initial meeting Nadia was all over it! She guided us through the whole process, and made the journey super exciting. We hired Nadia as a stylist and planner. She helped us with invitations/stationary, and everyone complimented on how stunning they were. Nadia spent time visiting the venue on numerous occasions prior to the wedding, working with the team to ensure everything would run smoothly. We hired her gorgeous "Best Day ever" neon which was a beautiful feature on the night. Nadia was in contact with all of our suppliers and made the communication process between suppliers super easy. She recommended Bellewood Flowers and she worked with Bella to create the vibe we wanted. Nothing was ever an issue, we felt super comfortable FIVE STAR- throughout the whole process, and we trusted her talent 100%.I have already recommended her services to my family and friends and I will continue to do so. Thank you Nadia for everything you did for us, leading up to the wedding and for being there with us on the big day!

I highly recommend Nadia and her team for all your wedding needs! Nadia was extremely helpful and there wasnt anything that was too hard or that she didnt make happen for our special day! Nadia created our invitations and all our stationery for the day and they were beyond my expectations. The styling on the day took our breath away when we entered our room, from the flowers to the table settings. It was all magical!! If you need a stylist and co-ordinator for your wedding that has impeccable attention to detail and is just as passionate about your wedding as you then Nadia is the one!
