Design Concept Package

After sharing your inspiration and vision with us we transform any environment into a dynamic and layered event experience. Creating warm, chic and thoughtful weddings and events with an eye for detail. 

We begin the process with an in depth consultation about your event to get to know your very specific style, needs and goals, with some thought provoking questions to tease out details from you if you don't know where to start.

We then work with you to hire the right suppliers to fit your vision and budget. We manage all aesthetic suppliers from consultation, to contract, to event day installation so that you only have to step in to make final decisions and give approval. 

On the day of the event, we bring a dedicated team to style, hang, arrange, drape and beautifully style every last detail, and then come back at the end of the event to make it look like it never happened.

Coordination Package

This package is for the Bride & Groom who have it all together. You have meticulously planned every aspect of your wedding, chosen vendors and planned your theme and décor down to the last detail. Now all you need is for someone to make sure that all of your well laid plans become a reality so you can relax and spend your wedding day stress free, enjoying the company of family and friends.

A list of our Lily Coordination Package includes:

Pre-wedding

  • Providing an initial consultation and working closely with the bride and groom 2 weeks before the wedding day
  • Providing unlimited support via phone and email
  • Making suggestions to the wedding timeline that the bride and groom have developed
  • Providing point-of-contact support for all wedding vendors 2 weeks before the wedding day
  • Meeting with the reception venue for a final walk-through

Wedding Day

  • Providing wedding-day coverage
  • On-site troubleshooting to ensure that the bride and groom are stress-free
  • Providing an “Emergency Kit” for the wedding day
  •  Instructing the bridal party and immediate family on their wedding-day duties
  • Overseeing work by all wedding-day vendors
  • Supervising set-up of all decor items and event rental items
  • Distributing final payments to vendors on the wedding day
  • Coordinating with the DJ or Band with timing and the execution of special announcements

Post-wedding

  • Coordinating transportation of gifts to predetermined location
  • Supervising event’s clean-up and break-down
  • Ensuring the return of rental items and supplies to appropriate vendors

Planning & Management Package

This package is for the Bride & Groom who need a little extra help tying up loose ends before their wedding day. You have most likely already chosen your venue, all or most of your vendors, have ideas for your theme but might like a little extra help with the details. You would like someone else to take charge of putting together the wedding timeline and coordinating all the vendors to make sure your big day runs smoothly. This will allow you to relax and spend your wedding day stress free, enjoying the company of family and friends.

A list of our Lily Planning & Management Package includes:

Pre-wedding

  • Providing an initial consultation and up to two planning meetings with the bride and groom at least 8 weeks prior to the wedding day
  • Providing unlimited support via phone and email
  • Coordinating a planning meeting with the venue and the vendors
  • Establishing a detailed timeline and itinerary for the ceremony and reception
  • Providing point-of-contact support for all wedding vendors
  • Meeting with the reception venue for a final walk-through
  •  Managing the rehearsal

Wedding Day

  • Providing wedding-day coverage

The Complete Bridal Experience Package

This package can vary greatly depending on the Bride & Groom’s needs. We have worked with couples that are heavily involved throughout the entire process, and we have worked with those who are completely hands off and prefer not to be bothered with all the details. This service can begin anywhere from a year to 1 month before the wedding; it all depends on your time frame.
