Hey, I’m Gary, the guy behind Oli Events and the one calmly wrangling timelines, florists and dance floors so you don’t have to. With a background in project management and a slight obsession with spreadsheets, I help couples and clients plan events that are fun, seamless and full of good energy. Yes. You plan it, we run it. We step in about a month out, take over the logistics, wrangle the vendors and keep everything running so you don’t have to wear a headset on your own wedding day.

Absolutely. We regularly work in the Hunter, South Coast, Blue Mountains and pretty much anywhere with good views and good vibes. We’re always up for a road trip.
