We cannot recommend Adam Johnstone Photography highly enough. From start to finish, Adam was an absolute pleasure to work with and played a huge part in making our wedding experience so relaxed and enjoyable. In the lead-up to (and even after) the wedding, Adam was calm, approachable, and incredibly easy to deal with when arranging all the details. His knowledge of stunning shot locations was impeccable — and seeing examples of these locations throughout his portfolio gave us total confidence that we were in very capable hands. On the day itself, Adam’s timekeeping was spot-on and genuinely helpful in keeping everything flowing smoothly without ever feeling rushed. His direction during the photo sessions was clear, easy to follow, and never pushy — which made the whole process feel natural and comfortable, even for people who aren’t used to being in front of a camera. Adam’s photo booth–style set-up was an amazing touch and an absolute hit with our guests. It was raved about on the night and continued to be talked about for weeks afterwards — such a fun addition that added even more enjoyment to an already incredible day. And the inclusion of a fun, humorous shot among the collection was such a great personal touch — one that perfectly captured the vibe of the day and gave us a laugh we’ll treasure forever. After the wedding, Adam’s follow-ups were brilliant, keeping us informed and feeling genuinely cared for. Marlize was an amazing part of our wedding, she was confident, charismatic and kind. She knew exactly what to do and how to get my Wife and I to pose to make the shot look magical. We had Marlize photograph our ceremony, posed family & friend photos and separate locations for couple photos as well as some candid photos in between. We received some sneak peek photos back in 24 hours, and our full set of photos back within two weeks. We had some photos that needed to be edited and had them back the next day.
