Live bands are awesome, we have nothing but respect for them we love nothing better than a good live gig and we've been to hundreds, but they can come with limitations!

The repertoire might not entirely match your tastes, live playing time could be limited as not many live bands can play for 5 hours, and adding extra requests could stretch the budget.

A DJ brings a universe of music, seamlessly blends genres, changes things up (or down) as they read the room, and they can take requests like a dance floor, or maybe singalong, whisperer.
