Of course! We all have songs that we dislike for various reasons. It's not uncommon for a couple to ask that we exclude a few particular songs, or songs by a particular artist.
It sounds like you want everyone to have a good time and are worried about disappointing them, which is so lovely! But it is your day, no-one else's - your desires come first.
The other replies contain some great suggestions already for how to deal with this situation. If you're worried about offending people if the DJ says "the bride didn't want me to play those songs", the DJ could say instead: "Sure, I'll see if I can fit them in tonight - the couple has requested a lot of songs that I'll be playing first before playing other requests".
