All pricing is transparent, no hidden fees, no surprise add-ons. Easy Weddings couples receive an exclusive $200 off any package as our directory-exclusive offer.
Every package includes a professional DJ, premium PA sound system, wireless microphones, an online music planning portal, full set-up and pack-down, backup equipment on site (package dependant), minimum 1 music planning session and $20m public liability insurance. Signature and Full Day packages add ceremony coverage, dancefloor lighting, uplighting, and additional planning sessions. Full inclusions are listed in each package description.
Yes, we're based in Brisbane and cover all of Southeast Queensland, including the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and the hinterland. A transparent travel fee applies for venues more than one hour from Brisbane CBD, always quoted upfront before you commit. For destinations outside this area, just ask and we'll prepare a custom quote based on distance and accommodation requirements.
Most couples book us 9–14 months ahead. Saturdays between March and June are the most competitive dates and tend to fill first. If your date is closer than that, get in touch anyway as we sometimes have last-minute availability.
In 15+ years we've never missed an event. In the unlikely scenario something truly unexpected happens, we will source a professional Brisbane wedding DJ who can step in as backup at short notice. Your day goes ahead either way.
