M&J's 50's/90's Duo

Sunshine Coast vocalist/guitarist Michael Schweizer and Brisbane vocalist/guitarist John Cleave, combine to bring back the favourite hits from recent and past by Australian and oversees artists. Easy Listening for dinner music and more uptempo for dancing later on. The duo will take requests for the wedding dance by pre-arrangement or you can choose from a list of suitable songs. The PA is available for speeches.

M & J’s was formed in early 2018.The band does a range of functions as well as weddings but recently are turning their attention to focus on wedding reception work. Both musicians are experienced in providing music for wedding receptions and you are assured of a night of outstanding music tailored to your requirements. The duo is new to Easy Weddings and so has no reviews at time of writing but several reviews from other functions are available from our agents. Details are on our website or by enquiry.

Michael was formally in a touring Buddy Holley tribute band in Sydney and John is a veteran of several popular Brisbane bands, duos and does some solo work.

Worked in bands nearly all my life except for a break in the 90's. I do lead and backing vocals, play acoustic and electric guitar and a little bass. I have been in several bands from 5 piece down to solo, most recently in duos. Work has been mainly in the Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.
