Sonic Divas

Sonic Divas is established and experienced performers Katrina Caton (vocalist/guitarist) and Jacqui Lim (vocalist and pianist/keyboardist), bringing a unique versatility to perform a wide variety of musical genres and styles.

They can provide all your music requirements for your wedding ceremony and/or your reception - anything from music to walk down the aisle to, songs during the ceremony, background music for post-ceremony drinks, easy listening’ over-dinner music, right through to high energy dancing music. They can perform an entirely acoustic repertoire and/or layer their live instruments with sequenced backing music, providing a full band sound for dancing.

Jacqui and Katrina have performed at many weddings over the years. They are professional, reliable and are used to working to run sheets and will work with your MC on the day to ensure that your reception runs smoothly. They provide their own PA system, a microphone for speeches, lighting, and can play any genre of music during breaks.

Sonic Divas has performed at numerous corporate functions and sporting events including the Adelaide Cup, Channel 7 and 9 Award nights and at venues including the Adelaide Entertainment Centre, Convention Centre, Adelaide and Darwin Casinos, and numerous wineries.

They are continually adding to their repertoire which ranges through the decades up to current hits. Jacqui and Katrina can also be booked as solo performers, or if it’s a trio or bigger band you’re after, they can call on professional musicians (guitarist, bass player, drummer) to join them.

We’ve been singing together as Sonic Divas for over ten years and have a lot of fun making people happy with our music. Being solo artists as well, we can both sing lead vocals as well as harmonies. Music is our passion. Kat is a singing teacher during the day and has been performing for many years. Jacqui started singing later in life but has been playing the piano since the age of seven. We are committed to making sure your special day is the best it can be!
