FAQ
We supply the glasses, clear plinth or table with table cloth, drip tray and we build the tower and dismantle whatever may be left. Delivery may be charged depending on where the venue is, this includes drop off and pick up.
Depending on the size tower you are looking to book, the number of guests you are having and if the pour is for a toast or a photo opportunity.
You can choose to do a full pour or a part pour.
If you work on 4 glasses per bottle you can work out the number needed.
When you send an enquiry through with the number of guests I will send you all this information to review.
During wedding season it can been hard to get availablity, so the more time you give us the better. In saying that you just never know, so you can book days before or months before, I will do all I can to accomodate!
We are a Gold Coast bases business, so there would be delivery charges outside of our local area.
I'm always running specials and discounts when you book through Easy Weddings so I'm sure we can look after no matter the location.
Can you believe this has never happended (touch wood). Should a few break or go missing, there is no charge. If the entire tower goes over and they all break there would be a charge of $200 on top of your tower cost.
Once you have decided what tower to book, we send you a confirmation with all the details and a deposit invoice for 20%. This is 100% refundable within 30days prior to the booking date. 10% refunded if cancelled 14days from booking date, and no refund if cancelled 24hrs prior.
In saying that, should some unforsee circumstance happen and the wedding does not go ahead I would discuss this with you and we would definitely come to an arrangement or a full refund.
Happy to change dates if needed, no extra cost, as long as there is availablity (obviously)
No, we only build/supply/create the Champagne Tower. Depending on where your having your wedding, will determine where the champagne comes from; if you are having it at a venue they will provide it, if your doing a DIY or unlicensed venue you can purchase the champagne yourself, or better yet have mum or dad gift it to you for your BIG DAY!! :-)
Yes! 100% I can stay and help with the Champagne Tower; for example;
If you come straight up to the do the Champagne Tower after your nuptials, do a toast, then want to head off for photos striaght after, I can stay and help serve the champagne from the tower out to your guests, while you spend time getting some of the best photos of your life x
We only charge an extra $40 for this service.
