Can I bring my bridesmaids to my Makeup/Hair trials?

I'm indecisive and need a firm hand to tell me if I look good!

Yes I would as a support person and they know you better than the stylist or makeup artist and comments are handy on helping you get what you like. Support is always ok

Hi Melanie,

Weddings are a lovely way to bond with friends. As well as sharing your Make-Up trial, you can also share a Facial Harmony experience with your closest bridesmaid, in the lead-up to the wedding.

Bookings of only two are recommended, as you'll receive your deeply relaxing, natural facelift treatment individually. While you wait your turn, it's a chance to unwind with a serving of Tea, and have a bit of self time, before you become the centre of attention, and the Star of the Show on your Big Day! Hope it's a good one, Meredith xx

For me personally I like one on one time with the bride.

When you are in someone's personal space on one of the most important events of their lives, it's essential you have a great connection with that person to keep them calm, relaxed and in a great frame of mind.

As an artist it's my time to really get to understand the face and the person I'm working on to create exactly what YOU want, not what your friends want. But if you look in the mirror and are not sure that you look good, then the makeup is not right. Get the artist to take pictures, change the look, take more pictures and compare...

You should look in the mirror and say yes! I look good and feel like myself.

Of course there exceptions to the rule... makeup trial before the hens party etc or if the maids would also like their makeup done.

Hope this helps you to pick the makeup artist right for you...

Hi there,

Of course you can. Your bridesmaids know you the most so their ideas and advice come  as highly recommended as your hairdressers.

Yes absolutely!!.It's great to have as much input into your bridal hairstyle. Also it's a great chance to meet your bridal party and discuss how they would like to have their hair as well.

Absolutely! I always reccommend to bring along a friend to your trial !! It is really great to have someone who knows you give you a second opinion about your hair or makeup trial! If it is your bridesmaid that come with you it is a good chance to also chat about their hairstyles for the day too!! xx

Bringing your bridesmaid/S is a great idea, not only for support but to have someone you know so well give their honest opinions/ suggestions especially if you are a little unsure as to what kind of look you are after. It also allows the makeup artist to get to know everyone and be able to discuss the bridesmaids look as well.

Yes! Bridesmaids or guests i.e. MOB are always welcome to accompany you to your trial. It's best to bring someone that knows your style and will give you honest feedback. It also gives me a chance to get to know them and bring you an even more personalised experience on your wedding day x

Of course! Great opportunity if they are also getting their makeup done on the wedding day to talk to the makeup artist in regards to style they want on the day. Also makes the makeup artist's job a whole lot easier on the day if she already has some ideas both you and your bridesmaids would like.
