Hi Lucia, I would recommend a soft subtle style with bronzer and highlight on the cheekbones to reflect nicely from the glowing sun. I would recommend airbrush makeup which gives you a nice full coverage but doesn't feel like you have any makeup on. I would suggest leaving out a gloss if you are planning on wearing your hair down on the beach as with the beach wind you can get your hair stuck on the lip gloss and this can effect the makeup. I wish you all the best for your Wedding Day xoxoxox Belladonna Brides

Hi Lucia,

Beach wedding make-up  is usually fresh looking and lightly applied. This make-up style will match your natural beauty, to the natural beauty of the beach and ocean, which is why it's worth having Facial Harmony prior to your wedding, as this treatment will give you a radiant, natural glow and enhances your own natural beauty in next to no time at all.

Facial Harmony does such a good job smoothing complexions your foundation requirements can be minimal, so achieving a more natural looking make-up will still see you looking your best. If your beach wedding is in the beautiful Byron Bay area, you might like to know that Facial Harmony is available with me in Jonson Street. Hope you have a beautiful day!

Beach wedding makeup is to be kept fresh and glowy, utilising neutral tones that suit your skin shade. It's nice to use a little colour in lip tones and cheeks, however it depends on your colouring.

I always say make sure you get a make up artist... They are trained for photography and with photography you need it a tad more but blended well soft colours and that work well.

I would recommend Airbrush Makeup as it has the staying power to last all day but not heavy on the face.

Some soft hightlight would be great with a bronzer.  Nice shimmering Eyes with natural looking false lashes.

Avoid a lipgloss just incase yoour hair blows onto your lips.

All the best for your big day!

For a beach wedding, a boho style would be the perfect relaxed vibe - think natural with a sun kissed glow! As it is outdoors and in the sun, I would really think about how the weather and heat would affect the makeup look. I would be layering light base products that gives good and lasting coverage, yet doesn't look cakey. We want the inner glow and skin to show through in a natural/boho beach look. I would be using lots of shine free/matte base products initially as well as layering illuminisers in areas what needs the GLOW. Finishing the makeup look with a really good setting spray is essential on this kind of look so you can enjoy your sun-kissed glow look for the rest of the day and night. The style of makeup is totally up to the bride. I will make suggestions for you, but ultimately you know what you would like. Generally it is soft and romantic, nothing too strong.

Hi Lucia I would recommend you keep your makeup quite natural and slightly dewy. Makeup sure you dont use too much illuminiser or heavy foundation. Your MUA should be able to get a beautiful skin finish by layering light weight products so it doesnt look caked on. I personally would use a liquid illuminiser under the skin to give a beautiful soft glow and would use natural tones like golds and bronzes. Maybe try and avoid lipgloss if you have your hair down (which would be my choice - more boho style) as if its windy your hair will stick to your lips. Add a bit of liquid illuminiser to the shoulders and decolletage to make your body glow!

I would keep it more natural or boho themed for the makeup. Depending on your individual skin tone your artist will work out the best look to suit your features.
Trending at the moment is a boho and natural look with neutral colours and accents that accentuate your natural features. soft contouring and bronzing. Highlighting to create a dewy complexion that dosn't look greasy is a great look for a beach wedding. I would make sure that if it is out in the sun, water and sweat resistant makeup is used and lipstick with a lot of Vitamin E to give a really duey appearance.
