Specializing in weddings and special occassions, Elicia brings her unique blend of European style to your makeup. Whether it be natural or unique she will create a personalised look leaving you feeling and looking amazing.

She can also tailor packages to accommodate everyone’s budget. B Dazzled by Dzal is a mobile makeup service that operates throughout Perth and it’s surrounding areas.

Elicia uses quality makeup including Mac, Napoleon, Bobbi Brown and the list goes on.
