My name is Eloise Cole as the founder of Bella Effects. I would like to offer you a service with a touch of elegance and class. No matter how big or small the task may be. I have a cutting edge approach to hair styling. With eight years of experience in the field of hair design. I have developed and honed my skills as a hair technician.

I would like to add that I am not limited to any one ethnic back ground. I have experience in the fields of many Asiatic and middle-eastern designs, traditional and contemporary, including Geisha make-up. I feel that there is no task that I cannot successfully undertake and excel at.

My work includes wedding parties such as bridal preparation and hair styling for those once in a lifetime moments. I aim to make the moment shine so much brighter and longer in the hearts and minds of all involved and my service is not limited, I can do the bridesmaids or any other part of the party that would be involved in such a life changing setting.
