You can avoid the worry altogether by opting for artificial flowers. That way you can be sure they are just what you want and have them delivered to you well in advance of your big day

This would be very stressful for both parties and of course not something a bride wants to happen on her special day.I would recommend telling your florist that you are not happy with what has been made for you and give her/him a chance to rectify the situation if it's possible if they can't then a partial refund would be fair.Good luck with planning your wedding.

Hopefully this would never happen and in the event that the flowers you wanted were not available, i would hope that the florist would have contacted you before the wedding. When discussing flowers with my brides I always inform them of what is in or out of season so that we can work through suitable options or substitutions for them. On the rare occassion a flower that is in season may become unavailble to a natural disaster (weather event) or a pest infstation which can devistate crops within days and these are things that florists cannot control. Best to discuss with your florist all your options so that you get the look that you are after. If the flowers that turn up on the day are absolutely not what you wanted, then i think that you are entitled to a refund ( or discount as many florists will not leave flowers that are not paid for).
Hope this helps, good luck with your planning :)
This would be very disappointing if your flowers weren't right. There should be no reason that they are not what you requested. For example, I always have my brides send me a picture of a bouquet that they want for their special day. We make our bouquets exactly like the picture provided. If for some reason a flower variety is not in season or not available we offer example pictures of substitute flowers and always make sure the bride is happy with these changes prior to any construction of bouquets. I suppose it would depend on the florists policy when it comes to a refund and all circumstances involved. Fortunately I have never had this problem arise. I hope this has been helpful for you and good luck with your wedding x.

This would be a terrible situation for everyone involved! It would be best to avoid this by communicating in detail with your florist about what you want and make sure they do you up a detailed quote. Make sure you discuss back up options if certain flowers aren't available. But if you are too stressed about it happening then I would suggest artificial flowers. I can make fresh or artificial.
