Yes! Couples will meet their florist at their consultation. Here, you will discuss your ideas, vision, colour theme, any preferred flowers and foliage, size, style and presentation preferences. You will then be in contact via email or phone after that, although you’re always welcome to pop into the store in person to discuss how things are progressing - the team always enjoys a visit!
It varies from couple to couple! Each bouquet and floral arrangement is tailor-made for the couple, ensuring the flowers at their wedding are unique and personal to them - so sometimes we use flowers that the couple has a history with (i.e. on their first date they received red roses) and other times we go with what’s in season, and create an arrangement based on the colour theme of the couple.
The service is second to none! From the minute you book with us you will receive amazing customer service. Our team are passionate about what we do, each florist is more than willing to help you so your wedding flowers are more than you could’ve hoped for!

How far can wedding flowers/florists travel?
Hello! We're thinking of having our wedding on a huge family property but are wondering if that's too inconvenient for suppliers such as florists. How do flowers fare with travelling and do florists usually charge a travel fee? Thank you!

This will alway depends on the individual florist choice. I personally have been flown to the UK to create flowers as I was close friends with both the couples, and they trusted my vision. I had previously lived in the UK so I had knowledge of where to purchase my flowers from. In general my company does travel far for our bridal Couples in NSW and beyond.. The quote will reflect the cost for our travel and allows the couple to decide if they are willing to spend the cost if they are confident and comfortable with our service and work. Our bridal couples become a relationship with us while building their wedding floral dreams so as part of that we travel With them from the beginning to where it ends.

If your wedding florals consist of bridal flowers and your not getting ready at the venue, the florist will discuss with you your alternative address and times the florals need to be delveired by on the wedding day.
if your florals also consist of flowers to be set up at the wedding venue, your wedding florist will also deliver these to the venue and set up as discussed in your quote with yor florist in lead up to your wedding day.
