What to wear for my second wedding

I dont wish to wear a wedding dress - I'm trying to not choose to young style nor something with the older lace. My figure has changed from a model figure to now an apple due to early menopause. I have no idea what style to choose. my partner is wearing navy.

It really is a personal choice and is great to try on various styles and colours, Champ, Blush. Could be little lace beaded bodice with soft flowing chiffon, though not too gathered if at all to create height. We wish you all the best as you find your perfect gown, there is still time to order you gown, you still have choice.

Every wedding is just as important to the couple, weather it's your first or third, the intention is still of celebrating the love and commitment you have for each other in front of your nearest and dearest! Make sure you feel amazing on your big day, weather you want to look traditionally bridal (the right gown can be elegant and in keeping with your age) or go with a beautiful evening gown/stylish outfit, make sure you are more dressed up than your guests and the colour and style have impact! I would recommend having a beautiful outfit made that flatters your shape, in a colour that looks amazing on you. If you buy an off the rack outfit your guests are just as likely to turn up in the same one or something similar, you deserve to feel just as special as any bride does!

Hi we take the view that all weddings are special events and there are a variety of styles that still look very appropriate for a wedding but are not so glitzy and over the top. Best advice we can offer is to visit some bridal stores try some styles, you have ample time to see what style suits you the best that still signifies the importance of the occassion.

Best of luck

It is always exciting but a bit nerve racking to be a bride - irrespective of whether it is a second wedding. If your partner is wearing navy ivory, champagne or blush would look amazing. Possibly choose something with a fuller skirt and flowing from under the bust. A little embellishment on the bodice would create a sophisticated and feminine look. There are heaps of beautiful gowns in the bridesmaid /formal range if you dont want to go with the whole "wedding dress" theme. Best of luck!
