How much does it cost to style/ floral / decorate a wedding?

How long is a piece of string? 

No really, the sky is the limit here! If you want to go nuts, you can. 


The average TCO wedding is a 6.5K all inc spend 

This translates to

most of our weddings will have approx. 100-150pax guestlist,

They will typically have the following order.


1.       Full bridal party florals (bridal bouquet, maid’s bouquets, buttonholes for groom, groomsmen, Paige boys & family plus family corsages and flower girl crowns or posies)

2.       Full ceremony florals (arch with floral spray / arch floral installation, pew ends, pedestal urns)

3.       AND

4.       Full reception styling (Bridal table as the main focal point with full floral runners, alternating guest table floral centrepieces, bar styling, cake styling, welcome and seating chart signage and styling and wishing well table styling) This will also include labour and delivery/ install fees 


If you then want things like the below items, then add approx. 2k per item as a guide (depending on the size of the area this could be +/- $500)

1.       Ceiling Installation

2.       Full floral backdrop

3.       Ceiling greenery canopy

4.       Vintage chandeliers

5.       Full floral arch (i.e. at the entry to a church)

6.       Home styling (i.e. bridal/ groom room set ups or floral decoration of your house outside or inside for traditional weddings)

Do your prices Include delivery and Installation / Labour charges? Do you ever charge extra for these?

YES, our pricing includes all Labour and Delivery! 

We will always include all delivery, install and removal charges in our pricing. 

This includes Early morning bump ins (hello Bendooley brides with ceiling installations) and late-night bump outs (Navara, Doltone, Paradiso, Eden, GPO, Merivale, Sergeants and 85% of NSW venues) 

We consider this to be standard operating conditions and unless your wedding has some very particular/different requests (whole room changes in 1hr or less for example) or on the odd occasion falls on a public holiday, we would not charge additional labour and delivery charges.

What is the difference between a stylist, a florist, a floral stylist or a stylist, planner and florist?

In Short - HOURS upon HOURS of study and experience that ultimately make ALL the difference to your end result. 

Stylists- they're masters at knowing all the right people - they have the industry on hotwire - if one supplier is short of something they will have 6 others that they have great relationships with that they can call on to deliver what is needed. they have studied interior design and they understand what looks good and what looks naff. 

they take your day from okay to A-MAZING! 

Florists - These guys are your flower masters with a bouquet for nana or an amazing arrangement for your friends birthday. Typically however they don't spend a lot of time in/on or around Events. If you want something that is traditional and simple then these guys are a good option however they are not usually floral stylists and they won't typically have the same level of experience with bridal tables or floral installations. 

Floral Stylist - These guys are who typically work with your Stylists - they are florists who specialise in events - they know how to create different looks, epic installations, phenomenal bridal tables and absolute Wow floral moments within an event - they have all the tricks - this is not their 1st rodeo! 

Stylist, Planner and Florist -  This is OUR category - It means we have years of Event management, logistics  & Event Styling experience as well as the above Floral styling experience (about 40yrs combined experience).  

It means we see it from all angles, nothing is a drama. we work with you every step of the way - we can help point you in the direction of some amazing suppliers and we can coordinate/liaise with both suppliers and venue for you. 

We won't try to sell you on a look that is easiest for us - rather we will create a look and an atmosphere with you. 

Do You have Packages?

We have 5 main packages that are specifically designed to suit weddings 100- 150 pax. (these can be adapted to cater up to 400pax add $500 per extra 50pax)

Our packages are designed to cover off all the must-have wedding items and then the bigger packages each add on a few extras depending on the style/ look you are after. 

We always start with our ever-popular party people package that covers all your bridal party needs including; 

  • Bridal bouquet
  • Maids bouquet (4)
  • Grooms buttonhole 
  • Groomsmen buttonhole (4)
  • All Family buttonholes (4)
  • All Family Corsages (4)
  • Any Flower Girl posies/ crowns (4)
  • Any paige boy buttonholes (4)
  • Delivery to Brides and Grooms addresses (2 deliveries) 

All Reception packages will give you the following inclusions; 

-Bridal Table Styling 

-Guest table styling (choice of up to 3 alternating styles) 

-Cake table Styling 

-Bar Styling 

-Pre drinks Styling

-Welcome and Seating chart signage and styling 

-Wishing well styling 

-Cake Voucher 

-All Delivery and Labour Charges


As the packages increase in value they will also give you one or more of the following items; 

-Dancefloor styling 

-Ceiling installations

-Fairy lights

-Tealight baubles 

-Greenery Ropes

-Ceiling Canopy

-Vintage Chandeliers

-Lux UPGRADED Bridal Tables (acrylic, pressed metal, draped, velvet, tulle ect)

-Full Floral backdrops 

-Floral Halos

These all offer amazing value - If you don't think they are then we challenge you to find ANY other vendor with a comparable* package that gives you so many inclusions!

*Not in FAKE flowers - that's 100% not comparable and trust us your guests will 100% get a hayfever attack from the dust in these! YUCK!

Can we meet with you, do you have a client facing studio?

YES, we do, yes you can! 


However - Not atm - COVID - However fingers crossed - SOON. 


Under normal circumstances, we will offer you either of the following options - whatever is convenient to you. 


  1. Meet at a cafe/bar/ location convenient to you  
  2. Meet via zoom / facetime/ old skool phone call
  3. Meet at our BRAND-NEW home studio located in the Sydney Hills district (it's like meeting Chip and Jo at the farm - except more city compact and we don't have animals- just flowers, pretty stuff and creativity.)
