Here at Woodfire Desire, we only need a week, or less! Pizza catering is very straight forward and can be changed last minute if necessary.
We prefer guest numbers a week out from the event, however, changes are understood and accommodated.
At HC Catering, as we have very busy weeks, we ask you to finalise your numbers, food and dietaries 3.5 weeks prior, as this enables us to plan each week, for ordering and staffing events.
We need to know your final choice of drinks a month prior to the event.

We from HLB Catering ask for the final numbers 14 days before the booking date. In case you have extra last-minute confirmations, we are happy to increase the numbers.
The menu should also be confirmed at least 14 days before the event's date.

At Nutmeg and Pepper we plan our Menus for each season in advance to ensure you can have Menu Cards/Boards printed if you wish to offer this for your guests.
We have all year round and Seasonal Menus plus if you prefer a Bespoke Menu using your favourite style of Food we are more than happy to accomodate.
Nutmeg and Pepper use locally sourced, organic and sustainable ingredients.

2 weeks prior to your event day!
We contact you about 1-2 months out from the wedding to finalise your menu.
I ask that numbers are finalised one week prior to the wedding date. Numbers can always be increased within the one-week timeframe but not decreased.
We ask for final guest numbers and menu choices by 1 week before the wedding day. The guest numbers can be increased after this day but not decreased.
