Prior to the ceremony I think you should avoid anything that may make your breath unpleasant ie garlic, salmon, onion.  Anything with food dye or colouring ie red wine, flavoured cordials to avoid stains on clothing or your teeth. Stick to healthy, fresh food. nothing greasy ie pizzas, fish and chips, fast food.

Once the ceremony is over you can indulge in anything that you love, in moderation of course.

I hope this helps!

Enjoy! It's your day, do what you love

Ensure you eat breakfast as you will be having a very busy day. I would avoid garlic because you'll be kissing lots of people and you want your breath to stay fresh. If you have a reaction to some foods, avoid those. Soup can always end up on your lap - so avoid that and keep to bite sized morsels - but remember to enjoy your day!
