Hi

Usually in or menus the fat content is not grat and the salads and vegetables prevail - I would look at a menu to make sur it does not contain too much fat.

Hello Renell

I believe that it is your wedding day so I would start with choosing the food that you both want to eat on that day

If you have people with allergies then you may consider adapting the menu for their portions this will depend on your caterer

If you have people on diets then surely they can adapt to the menu for just one day I'm sure that they wouldnt expect special treatment

Kind regards

Louise

It is possible that if you are serving a Buffet, that your guests that are on a diet, can pick and choose for them selves what food they put on their plate and how much food they consume.  So I dont think you would have to change your menu, as they can choose to eat less of whatever food you choose to serve. Its your day afterall  !!!

Hello, I've never had a bride & groom change their menu to suit guests on diets but if you wanted to you could do alternate serves and have one of them low GI, low fat etc. It's your special day so I'm sure guests would be fine as a one off special occasion & the dancing would burn lots of calories anyway! : )
