What foods can i give for an evening wedding?

Our predominate menu is Pasta with different sauces choice , but we are a chef to so we can create a special menu if you don't want just pasta. 

for example : appetizer, salads, sides, dessert

Dinner food - please note the guests will leave their homes after preparation and will be few hours since they have eaten, again common courtesy applies

We offer a delicious Chicken, chorizo, prawn and mussel paella which is perfect for an evening wedding should that be informal/ standing or seated

I don't think the guests would like to seat for an evening wedding. So, a Brazilian barbecue would be fantastic. Cocktail style with waiters walking around with some delicious and tastefull "snacks" would be amazing. (Snacks = light and balanced plates with protein and salads).
