Carts & Co. specialises in wedding gelato service, pairing a dedicated gelato cart with an extensive menu supplied by Pure Gelato. Flavour choices include salted caramel, pistachio, tiramisu, chocolate brownie, mango, passionfruit and plenty more, with classic and premium options available at the same package price. Vegan and gluten-free sorbets are also available, giving couples a broader selection for their guest list.

Each booking includes a uniformed attendant, cones and cups, plus unlimited scoops during the booked 60-minute service. The team arrives early to set up, serves guests throughout the service period, then packs down and leaves the area clean. Couples can also add personalised menu signage, cart styling with florals, fabric and props, branded cups and napkins, extra service time or an additional attendant for larger weddings.

Carts & Co. Wedding Packages

Carts & Co. packages are priced by guest numbers rather than event type. Each package includes the gelato cart, unlimited scoops during the service period, cones and cups, and a uniformed attendant.

Up to 50 guests, from $885: Includes 60 minutes of service, unlimited scoops, three flavours and Townsville metro service.
Up to 100 guests, from $1,090: Includes 60 minutes of service, unlimited scoops, four flavours and Townsville metro service.
Up to 150 guests, from $1,380: Includes 60 minutes of service, unlimited scoops, four flavours and Townsville metro service.
More than 150 guests: Larger weddings are quoted based on guest numbers, extended service time and any additional staffing required.

Serving Extras

Extra service time, $100 per additional 30 minutes
Second attendant, $150: Recommended for events with more than 100 guests to help keep service moving.
Waffle cone upgrade, $50: Upgrades the full event from the standard cone.
