Founded by our Creative Director Timothy Brennan, we provide a fresh approach to entertaining focusing on creativity, exceptional service and attention to detail.

Our food is delicious and vibrant. Our events are elegant and colourful. Our passionate, dynamic team take care of everything to make the most intimate of dinners to the grandest of celebrations truly outstanding.

We manage every event with the utmost of care and attention to detail, looking after every element to make your event is memorable, leaving you to enjoy being the host.

Arranging waiters, bartenders, venues, tablescapes, decor, musicians, marquee, fine crystal glassware is simple and what we do.

We steered away from our wedding being traditional and wanted more of a party. Gallivant Events provided both the catering and styling for our day and everyone loved it. The styling was everything from tables, chairs and even to the waiters aprons to match our theme. Our theme was greenery and pineapples, we wanted a fresh look. The food were shared platters of meats and various salads, and the desserts were upside down chocolate sundaes.
