Business Manager, Roger Osborne, has 25 years hospitality experience and has personally managed more than 2000 functions.
Our Michelin trained, multi award winning chef Beau Lawson"s extensive menu covers everything from Canapés to fine dining. Having catered for the likes of Bill Clinton and The Fugees, Lawson started his career at age 14 working in his family’s restaurant il’peroni in Melbourne. It was in Melbourne through the William Angliss Culinary School, that Lawson completed his Michelin apprenticeship, the only school of this standard outside of Europe.
