What does the team at The Floating Stable do at events or functions?   The team that will be catering your event will do their best to fulfil your every requirement to make your function go smoothly. Although they don't walk around to serve drinks, they can discuss your needs when booking The Floating Stable.   Who supplies the alcohol?   The Floating Stable is a BYO business. They have the ability to cater for kegs, champagne, wine, bottled alcohol, and cocktails. As well as the use of their slushy machine. All alcohol is to be provided by the client, although if so desired, they have contacts in the industry who can acquire the alcohol for their couples at a cost.   Where does the alcohol get stored?   They highly encourage their couples to rent a coolroom and chill the drinks beforehand. They have a refrigerated keg system, a three-door refrigeration unit, and esky facilities. They look forward to working with their couples to make their function memorable.
