My name is Massimo, and I come from the venitian region in the north of Italy where food is a way of life and tradition survive the time. After years of restaurant experience, Bigoli was born in 2020. I’ve always been drawn to the details—the slow simmer of a ragu, the texture of fresh pasta, the balance of simple, honest ingredients. I make everything from scratch, not because it’s easy, but because I believe food made with care just tastes better. This isn’t just my job—it’s what we love!
