I have been working with food and hospitality for the last 25 years. From running restaurants in New Zealand, Sri Lanka and now doing Catering for Weddings here in Byron Bay and surroundings with Crusta for the last 16 years. I love the close relationship with our local farmers, growers and food industry in the Northern Rivers. I am passionate about creating authentic and delicious food for your special day and really enjoy being part of this connecting and meaningful day.
