Dele is run by experienced chef Adele Stevens, who has been passionately working with food for 20 years.

Adele’s experience includes working as a sous chef at a Michelin starred restaurant in London, being chef in charge for large events with The Big Group in Melbourne, to studying sustainable food production as part of a Permaculture Design Certificate.
