Based in Coffs Harbour, we travel from Port Macquarie to Byron Bay.

Together with you we will create a delicious & unique menu to suit your style & needs.

Our menus change seasonally, always endeavouring to source local suppliers and ingredients whenever possible to ensure that we serve you only the best and freshest, cuisine available. With an extensive and flexible range of menus to choose from, you decide the style of your event - cocktail, canapes, sit-down meal or buffet.

Whether you choose a casual or a more formal style wedding, we will ensure our professional staff will deliver to standard. We can take care of all aspects of organising your event, allowing you to just simply relax & enjoy your day.

Fiasco catering is fully licensed with our beverage packages offering a selection of both Australian and International wines, beers & soft drinks.
