Lunch and Dinner Catering Packages

All packages include on-site cooking, service, setup and pack-down, with a Kombi or portable BBQ setup.

Sausage choices include Traditional Bratwurst, Smoky Kransky and Chilli-Cheese Kransky. Each package comes with fresh bakery rolls, sauerkraut, grilled onions, cheese, German mustard and sauces.

Children’s Meals

Meals for children aged 12 and under are available with each lunch and dinner package:

• Wurst Express: One Wurst in a Roll.
• Bavarian Social: One Wurst in a Roll and one giant soft Bavarian pretzel.
• The Big German Feast: One Wurst in a Roll, chicken schnitzel roll or Currywurst, plus one giant soft Bavarian pretzel.

All children’s meals include a choice of toppings and sauces. Children receiving the full adult package should be included in the adult guest count.

• Giant soft Bavarian pretzel: Available with Wurst Express.
• Currywurst or chicken schnitzel rolls: Available with Bavarian Social.
• German potato salad: Available with Bavarian Social and The Big German Feast.
• Apfelstrudel dessert: Available with all lunch and dinner packages.
• German Craft Beer Package: German-inspired Pilsner served on tap.
• German glass beer steins: Available to hire, with a bond applicable.

The beer package includes a shared allowance equivalent to two 425 mL schooners per booked adult. Service runs for up to two hours or until the allowance is used. Individual consumption may vary. The beer is 4.9% ABV, and RSA applies.

Extras can be chosen after receiving an estimate. Minimum booking spend applies.

Dietary Options:

The German sausages are gluten-free. Gluten-free rolls, vegetarian sausages and vegan sausages are available with advance notice. Couples can discuss dietary requirements when the team follows up on their estimate.
