I began my chef career in 1999 and my passion for food and cooking is greater than ever. The diverse styles and tastes I have encountered in my career overseas and within Australia have influenced my cooking in their own unique way. I love living in Far North QLD and my food reflects that by utilizing an array of our beautiful local products and tropical produce. I believe to succeed in this industry you need to provide a personal and professional service, and of course great tasting food!
