My name is Gabi, and I have been a professional chef for 10 years!
After moving to Australia, I began to specialise in an A La Carte service across award-winning and prestigious hotels in Adelaide. 4 years ago, I decided to move to Cairns, where I fell in love with the delicious tropical treasures that surrounded me.
In the last 2 years, I have been working in Pullman Palm Cove, Resort and Spa, before becoming a mum in January 2020. While on maternity leave, I have been able to spread my culinary wings to create a unique dining experience for weddings and functions. You will see that food is my passion, and I cannot wait to share my love even more with you through tasty, impressive and fabulous creations.
I offer options for every budget and can cater to all kinds of food requests. From grazing tables, through to tapas and fine dining plated experiences. I can cater to events of up to 100 people. However, I do love creating memorable experiences for groups as low as 6. I am always open-minded, flexible and happy to create customised menus to suit your event, and my couples love that about my service. As well as delicious food, I have a team of professional and experienced caterers, and our service aims to never disappoint.
